REGION 1 LEAD ENTITY &
Rising Youth Coalition
The East of the River Clergy, Police, Community Partnership, as the Lead Entity for wards 7 and 8 and parts of Prince George’s County, has been contracted by the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS) to serve as a broker, coordinator, funder, and capacity builder for the Rising Youth Coalition, a community-based continuum of care developed by the Lead Entity to service DYRS committed youth. ERCPCP ensures that the services, supports and opportunities that are identified in committed youth’s case plans through the collaborative and consensus driven Youth Family Team Meeting (YFTM) process are readily available and delivered.
